  3. Review and Confirm: the customer's complaint and documentation, review the case to confirm whether there was indeed an error or damage. This step is crucial to ensure the validity of the claim.

  4. Resolution Options:

    • Replacement: If the mistake is on our end or the product is damaged during shipping, offer to replace the item with a corrected version at no additional cost to the customer. Ensure that the replacement is expedited if possible.
